"Our Power" is about connecting with our inner resilience and strength—an inner power that exists within each of us but is often untapped. Through art and dance, we will explore how to activate these resilient forces. Artistic Director - Zoobin Surty.

The rehearsal process will focus on the combination of British Sign Language (BSL) and movement vocabulary, exploring the balance between sound vibrations, rhythms, and silence. We will delve into how silence speaks to us, how it inspires movement, and how, even in the absence of sound, a rhythm still drives us.

Dancers will explore their own bodily rhythm, merging it with British Sign Language as a creative process. This is not about achieving a specific outcome, but rather embracing a journey of discovery. Each dancer will have the opportunity to put their own signature on the movement, making it entirely personal and authentic. Our goal is simple: to explore, express, and create without unnecessary complexities.

This is a voluntary opportunity, offering participants professional performance experiences, collaboration with us, engagement with the dance community, a certificate of participation, and the chance to expand creative inspiration through learning BSL (British Sign Language).
