WORKSHOPS
Karma Dance CIC designs and delivers inclusive dance and movement workshops that enable participants to express and experience mind –body connection, supporting positive mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Each workshop includes a structured warm-up, mindfulness and mind exercises, physical movement exploration, storytelling, and opportunities to build friendships and social connections.
The sessions are designed to be accessible and uplifting for community groups, as well as beneficial for NHS and corporate staff, helping to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and encourage creativity, resilience, and team connection.
